Meet Delia Mensitieri
I work with organisations that want to understand what’s getting in the way of collaboration, leadership and inclusion, and to make changes that hold up in real life.
That’s why I founded Nitrodi Consulting. Differences in generation, identity, culture, hierarchy, background or ways of thinking shape how people work together, often without us realising it.
I’m also a PhD researcher studying microaggressions and their impact on career ambitions, performance, wellbeing and motivation. That research grounds my work, but the focus stays on real people and real situations: looking beyond good intentions to what actually works.
