Keynotes and Talks

We design talks that make complex topics around inclusion, leadership and working across differences clear, relevant and engaging. Not a training, but a starting point: a session that challenges assumptions, creates a shared language and gives people a new way of looking at their everyday work.

What we speak about

Topics for your stage

Every talk is grounded in evidence and translated into stories, recognisable situations and practical ideas. The topics overlap with the areas we work on in consulting and learning.

01

Working across differences

How differences in background, expertise, culture and thinking shape collaboration, and how to turn them into strength instead of friction.

02

Inclusive leadership

The small, everyday moments that decide whether people feel able to contribute, challenge and bring a different perspective.

03

Speaking up

Why people stay silent when they have something important to say, and how leaders raise or lower the cost of speaking up.

04

Bias and decision-making

How shortcuts and assumptions shape decisions about talent, performance and leadership, often without us noticing.

05

Subtle exclusion

Why small interactions add up, why intention and impact differ, and how to respond without turning everything into a confrontation.

06

Gender equality

Why inequalities persist despite good intentions, and how leaders create the conditions for equal participation and progression.

07

Pay equity and fairness

What fairness at work really means, and why equity and transparent decisions matter for people and organisations.

08

Generations at work

Beyond Gen Z and Boomer stereotypes, to the differences that actually matter: experience, life stage, norms and expectations.

09

Communication across differences

Why the same words land differently depending on context, and how small changes strengthen collaboration.

10

Difficult conversations

What happens when we feel challenged, and what helps people stay constructive when they disagree.

11

Psychological safety

What makes people safe enough to ask, disagree and admit mistakes, and why that doesn't mean avoiding challenge.

12

Accountability and ownership

How teams move from blame, waiting and excuses towards initiative and shared responsibility.

13

Inspirational leadership

How leaders create energy and engagement rather than just manage tasks, and use their strengths more consciously.

14

Belonging

Why people hold back parts of themselves at work, and how to build places where they feel part of the group and valued for their difference.

15

The business value of difference

Why diversity doesn't automatically improve performance, and what needs to happen before it leads to better decisions.

16

Creating better workplaces

Organisations don't only reflect society. They shape how people experience fairness, power and belonging.

17

Your own question

No fixed catalogue. We can build a talk around your event theme, leadership challenge or organisational question.

We don't want to tell people what to think. We want to create moments where they notice their own reactions and reach the insight themselves.

Our typical process

Every session is adapted to your organisation. In line with Nitrodi’s facilitation philosophy, we don’t only want to tell people what to think: wherever possible, we create moments where they experience something, notice their own reaction or arrive at an insight themselves. Sessions can be delivered in person or virtually, and adapted for international audiences and different cultural contexts.

  1. 01

    Briefing

We start with a conversation about the event: why it's happening, who will be in the room and the message you want people to take away.

  2. 02

    Context & audience

We look at what your audience already knows, where resistance might come from, and how provocative or practical the session should be. If there are values, themes or real examples from your organisation that belong in the talk, this is where they come in.

  3. 03

    Tailoring

We select the evidence, stories and exercises that fit. A talk for an executive committee focuses on leadership behaviour, norms and strategic consequences. A session for a whole workforce works with recognisable everyday situations and personal reflection.

  4. 04

    Delivery

In person or online, for a small leadership team or several hundred people, adapted to international audiences and cultural contexts. Even on stage, people take part: live polls, thought experiments, real cases or a quick conversation with the person next to them.

  5. 05

    Conversation

The talk is often where the conversation starts. We close with Q&A or a facilitated discussion, and if you want to go further, the keynote can open a broader programme of workshops or leadership development.

Who is it for?

Keynotes and talks are for organisations that want to inspire, create awareness, challenge thinking or start a conversation with a larger audience, from a small executive team to several hundred employees.

Where it works well: Leadership moments, Organisation-wide events, Themed weeks and occasions or beyond your own organisation

A keynote can also be a common starting point before a larger programme begins: introducing a topic to the whole organisation, while managers go deeper afterwards in workshops or leadership development.

Investment

Pricing starts at €3000, , depending on the audience, strategic relevance, level of customisation, format, location and travel requirements. For shorter Lunch & Learns, webinars or recurring engagements, pricing can be adapted to the specific format and scope.
