Leadership & Team Development

We design learning experiences that help people work, lead and communicate better across differences. From a single workshop to a full journey, always built around real situations and practical application to connect the learning to their own work.

What we work on

Topics we teach

Each topic is an existing programme we can deliver relatively quickly, or combine into a bespoke journey.

01

Inclusive leadership

Helping leaders use different perspectives, challenge their assumptions and build teams where everyone can contribute and speak up.

02

Inspirational leadership

Helping leaders create ownership and engagement, understand their strengths and blind spots, and work as a stronger leadership team.

03

Bias, microaggressions and exclusion

Recognise how bias and microaggressions shape everyday decisions, and learn to respond constructively. Adapted to managers, boards, HR or client-facing teams.

04

DEI for HR

Helping HR talk about inclusion clearly and credibly, with leaders and employees alike, without becoming its sole owner.

05

Working across generations

Real differences in experience, life stage, communication and ways of working, and how hybrid work, succession and knowledge transfer affect collaboration.

06

Difficult conversations

Understand what drives conflict, and practise how to stand your ground while keeping the relationship, using real situations.

07

Accountability and ownership

Help teams move from blame, excuses and passivity to real ownership. Using circles of concern and influence, participants focus on what they can actually change.

08

Communication and influencing

Know when to be assertive, persuasive, inspiring or bridging, and adapt your approach to the person and situation.

09

Psychological safety and speaking up

What makes people raise concerns, disagree and bring different perspectives. A thread through most of our programmes, or a topic on its own.

We deliver from one person to the whole organisation

Learning can happen one-to-one, in a group or across an entire organisation, and we combine the formats that fit what you want to build.

For individuals, coaching helps leaders reflect on their behaviour, practise specific situations and apply what they learn in their daily role, alone or in small groups with peers. For groups, we run in-person workshops built around real cases, interactive webinars for large or dispersed teams, and peer-learning cohorts where people learn from each other’s situations over several sessions. Across the organisation, e-learning helps reach large groups, train-the-trainer programmes let you own the learning internally, and international roll-outs keep one global backbone while adapting to local examples and languages.

Rather than one learning moment, these can come together in a leadership journey: intake, self-assessment, workshops, workplace assignments, coaching and follow-up. People try things in their own work, then come back to reflect, with practical guides and toolkits to keep using afterwards.

It’s not a catalogue of standard workshops: we have existing programmes we can deliver quickly, or combine into a bespoke journey.

Investment

From €2000 for a standard corporate engagement. Tailored half-day workshops typically start around €2500, with larger learning programmes priced on demand according to scope, customisation, audience and number of sessions.
