Nice to meet you,
From an early age, I had a clear idea that I wanted to help society. After obtaining my master degree in Clinical Psychology, I realized that I did not only want to help on microlevel, but also on macrolevel. I therefore pursued a second Master in Management with a clear mission to help society to create an environment where everyone feels included and can benefit from the potential of diversity.
I am currently a PhD researcher and corporate consultant on this subject, where I am focused on understanding microaggressions and their impact on career ambitions, performance and wellbeing, inclusion and motivation.
